Good food? Absolutely! Lunch and dinner will be specially prepared and delivered for you from our partners in Akasha, in the next village. They harvest from their permaculture garden and work with local farmers sourcing the best sustainable produce in Transylvania. You will choose in advance 2 course (vegan/vegetarian or standard) for each meal together with deserts and refreshments. Light breakfast, sweets, snacks, coffee and tea will be available in our self catering, fully equipped kitchen.

Yes, village site-seeing to connect with the beauty and the rich natural heritage of the area, guided trail hiking, mushroom & wild berries picking, or... just lay down and experience the tranquility of the surrounding forests.

Are you concerned that you're not very flexible or strong? Or, are you new to yoga? Can you still join?
Yes, absolutely. This yoga practice is suitable for all levels, since teacher Mukesh is offering modifications and simple variations whenever possible, to all participants. Still, you should will be expecting a significant level of effort combined with great feelings of empowerment and joy, you probably never encountered before :)
What to bring with me?
Proper clothes and shoes for inside and outside, your mat, a reusable water bottle and a small towel. We'll also bring some mats and props from Manduka, no worries.
What language is it in English or Romanian?
All talks are in English.
