Ana
Ruxandra works in IT for a corporation, and is also a certified transformational coach and breathwork guide. She discovered the power of breathing exercises while trying to calm her restless mind and improving her sleep.
By constantly practicing breathing techniques, she noticed profound changes: her concentration improved, her thoughts became clearer, and her sleep improved considerably. Inspired by these benefits, she decided to learn more about mindful breathing at Hale in Stockholm, Sweden, learning techniques that now she gladly shares with anyone who is interested.
Ana practices traditional ashtanga yoga in the line of Sr. K. Patthabi Jois from 2019 with Irene Zaarour. Starting from December 2023 she had the chance and the privilege to be accepted to study with Paramaguru Sharath Jois at SYC, Mysore where she is still continuing her studies, even after the unfortunate and sudden disappearing of the guru. She also holds a Yoga Alliance 200h certification from Bindusar School of Yoga and a Pranayama Level1 Teacher certification from the Yoga Education Collective (Eddie Stern and Robert Moses). Ashtanga yoga is her daily spiritual practice and she is happy to share it with anyone who thinks it can be useful.
