Trained under Indian master Mukesh Kothari, she completed her 200-hour TTC and continues her 300-hour TTC in Hatha Vinyasa at the Bindusar School (Yoga Alliance).
Blending tradition with a modern approach, Alina focuses on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Whether leading a dynamic flow or a grounding practice, she is committed to making yoga accessible, inspiring, and deeply transformative for all those interested.

She is a physiotherapist and a dedicated yoga instructor which completed her 200-hour teacher training at the renowned House of Om yoga school in Ubud, Bali, under the Yoga Alliance standards. She deeply believes in the power of movement as a form of healing, which is why the saying "movement as medicine" resonates deeply with her. For her, teaching yoga is more than just leading a class - it is about inspiring, supporting, and creating space for transformation through mindful movement.

Ruxandra
Ruxandra works in IT for a corporation, and is also a certified transformational coach and breathwork guide. She discovered the power of breathing exercises while trying to calm her restless mind and improving her sleep.
By constantly practicing breathing techniques, she noticed profound changes: her concentration improved, her thoughts became clearer, and her sleep improved considerably. Inspired by these benefits, she decided to learn more about mindful breathing at Hale in Stockholm, Sweden, learning techniques that now she gladly shares with anyone who is interested.
